Villa Ocean-Papillon is an exceptional villa located 100 meters from Pererenan beach, a charming little fishing village. Decorated with luxurious furniture and objects carefully choosen into antique shops across Asia, the Ocean-Papillon villa offers all modern comforts in an idyllic setting.

The Villa Ocean-Papillon is located in Pererenan, a small fishing village, 20 minutes from Seminyak / Legian known for its fashionable shopping, exclusive dining experience and the buzzing nightlife, 45 minutes from the international airport, 10 minutes from the magnificent Tanahlot golf, 8 minutes walk from Echo beach and its restaurants, and only 100 meters from the beach.

Description:

Villa Ocean-Papillon, 850m2, built on a plot of 22 acres to 150 meters from the beach is composed of a main building and 5 beautiful bungalows served by a beautiful 53 meters long teak gallery . Each bungalow is measuring 50m2 and has a view of ricefield-ocean, air conditioning, TV-DVD player, ensuite bathroom  (shower) and terrace. Among the bungalows, 4 has a king size bed with mosquitonet, CD player and minibar, only one bungalow has some twin beds with mosquitonets.

The main building, L-shaped, separated from the pool with large sliding windows, is composed of a beautiful wooden floor teak and an impressive ceiling height like a boat hull reversed.

The living, 450m2, consists of an office and several relaxation areas including a corner video with satelitte TV and Dvd player.

The dining room and kitchen (fully equipped) are wide open on the 19m x 5m swimming pool and a gazebo ( kind of garden shed).

Around the 19m x 5m pool, a wooden deck hosts antique iron sun loungers and a garden table, the gazebo offers a massage table.
