Location:
The Villa Sun is located in Petitenguet, in a very quiet lane, 5 minutes drive from the famous dining street known for its many restaurants, and 1km approx from the beach. The Villa Sunyi has 3  double air-conditioned rooms all ensuite with a pool and tropical garden views.

6 people in 3 x double bedrooms.

Description:
Built on 5 acres of land, the villa Sun is approximately 150m2 and consists of a main building and a guest house as joglo style (javanese wooden house) .

The main building comprises a large living room of 100m2 including a lounge, a dining area which can easily accommodate 8 people at the table and a  fully equipped kitchen and 2 large bedrooms of 20m2.

The two bedrooms are very similar, they come complete with air conditioning, cable TV (international channels including TV5), DVD player.

Each room has its own bathroom semi-open way with bathtub and shower, nevertheless one of the 2 includes a large dressing room and a safety box..
On the other side of the swimmining pool, a Joglo (wooden house) houses the 3rd air-conditionned bedroom (approximately 16m2) and its ensuite bathroom whith semi-open roof (shower)

Around the pool of 8 x 5 meters, a deck with some sunbeds  and big outside lounge which give you the opportunity to lay in the lush garden as a relaxation area..

Staff :
A partime maid working a 6 day week to suit times off the villa's occupants.
Garden and  pool  maintenance every day from 13:00 to 15:00 (time adjustable)
