Built on 400m2, the villa Ogan is an elegant 3 bedroom villa which combines charming colonial style, and warm colors. The Villa Ogan is not only pleasant to holidy, but perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak, a few steps from restaurants, close to the beach and shops.

Close to restaurants, at the heart of Seminyak, Villa Yogan is located in a quiet lane accessible by car and 300meters from the famous Dining street,. The international airport is 20 minutes and the beach is 1 km.

6 persons with 3 air conditioned double bedrooms.
Description:
Built on 400m2, the Villa Ogan is a charming villa with 3 air-conditioned rooms each with private bath (shower), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room including a large plasma TV and cable (international channels) with dvd player.
Each room has air conditioning, queen size bed, beautiful wood flooring, safe and large bay window. Nevertheless two rooms, each measuring 20m2 come complete with large dressing room, while the third does not have its own dressing room but is slightly larger, about 24m2. The 12m x 4m pool is surrounded by lush garden and hosts a teak deck area where you can spend time soaking up the sun in relaxation.
The Villa Ogan is located directly next door to Villa West which can be accesible through the garden via sliding doors, if you would like to combine your villa for more occupancy (maximum 10 persons - x 2 extra double rooms). However, if the doors are closed you have complete privacy for each villa.

1 Maid working full time 6 days a week for 7 hours per day until 4:00 p.m.
Garden and pool keeper working in the earl mornings.
