Built on a nice plot of 1000m2 ,the villa Choco offers 2 swimming pools and consists of 2 buildings. At the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room and a dining room both widely open onto the garden and the first swimming pool of 12m x 3m, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, 4 identical rooms of 25m2 with air conditioning and fan, a king size bed, cable TV (international channels including TV5, the French channel). Only the bathrooms are different: 2 have  showers and 2 have a bathtub. The bedrooms can also communicate via internal doors
The 4 bedrooms are overviewing the rice fields, the sunset and you will also guess the sea
The access to the second building is made through a small patio that leads to another garden and the second pool of 10m x 3m surrounded by a gazebo (sort of garden shed ideal for receiving a massage or do a nap) and a pond. This building houses the master bedroom of about 40m2 which has air conditioning, fan, flatscreen cable TV (international channels including TV5, the French channel) and king size bed and a dressing. Its adjoining bathroom includes shower and bathtub. The 2nd building can be completely privatized with the swimming pool on demand.
