The arrival occurs through a beautiful tropical garden of 450m2 with swimming pool bathed in sunlight and surrounded by deck chairs and a gazebo (a kind of garden shed ideal for relaxing shadow or receive a massage).
 
The Seabreeze Besar villa is a 400m2 modern tropical style and comprises 5 large bedrooms, each with wooden floor,   king-size baldaquin bed with mosquito net and nice bathroom (bathtub) attached. The 5 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels all has a large sliding door overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
At ground floor, a living room with sitting area with cable TV (international channels), DVD / CD player, a dining area can accommodate 10 persons , fully equipped kitchen, a small storage room with safety box and guests toilets. To each side of the living room, a great big bedroom with its adjoining bathroom.

On the first floor, a gallery with a balcony at each end serves the 3 others rooms. The central bedroom, is the largest and most clear, it has a glass roof that allows to observe the magnificent timber.
