Breakdown:

The pool of 15mx3,5m in a spacious tropical garden landscape is the central element of the plot of 1200m2, the 350m2 villa  is distributed around the pool… first main body with a large open area to the pool, and respectively at each side a dining room,a kitchen  and a TV room. Then along the pool are the 3 rooms furnished with elegance and sobriety as well as their adjoining bathroom. The 1st air conditioned is a standard size with adjoining open bathroom, the 2nd one, also with A/C includes a separate sitting area and kitchenette, and opened-bathroom . The 3rd bedroom, which is the master one,  is the largest and includes an office,  adjoining open bathroom. (this bedrooms is only available when full house leased). The house also boasts a parking area.

Rates: with breakfast included when rents  in a single room, the 58 single room Euros 85 Euros to the deluxe room (only in low season) In the high season, the full house lease is from 240 to 350 Euros per night for 6 people depending on the season.
