The villa Istiberawa is a relaxed beach getaway, nestled against the beautiful Perancak temple, meters away from the crushing waves of Berawa Beach and only a 20 minutes drive to Seminyak restaurants, shops and vibrant nightlife.The international airport is 40 minutes and the famous golf Tanahlot 35 minutes.All three wooden floored bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and panoramic views onto garden, pool and the Mediterranean style patio. It is the perfect setting for long walks on the beach followed by some laps in the turquoise water of the lagoon style pool with great shallow areas to relax. Villa Istiberawa is fully serviced and our lovely cook prepares and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to your liking.

Built on 7 aras with a beautiful circular overflow pool 10m x 6m, the villa Mistiberawa consists of a main building and a smaller 2nd building containing a 15m2 air conditioned guest bedroom and its ensuite bathroom (shower).
The main building includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (20 and 25m2) with king size bed and their adjoining bathroom with bathtub. A large private cinema room with projector and retarctable screen (including international channels TV5) and a desk with internet access communicating withthe next bedroom through the bathroom. The 3 bedrooms and the cinema room provides a broad patio including a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area (with TV and DVD player).
On the first floor, a large terrace offers a panoramic view of the temple and the rice fields. To the opposite of the land, a 2nd terrace with sunbeds is overlooking the pool and garden .
The circular pool has a wide beach, ideal for sunbathing or for children.
