Within the estate itself, following a style that is very common in Bali, are six individual structures. Starting from the main entrance after the parking area and staff quarters, the main house is adjacent to a large sundeck and swimming pool. Next is the guest house, a gym, and two outdoor bales (Balinese gazebos). All the buildings are painted in warm earthy colors set off by the white deck, green grass, thatched roofs and green ivy flowing down from the second floor of the main house. Terrazzo has been used for all the floors, leaving them cool to the feet in the tropical heat of Bali. Ceiling fans are located throughout all the rooms of the property, and all the bedrooms have air-conditioning. Displayed throughout the grounds of the estate are a variety of elegant antiques and Balinese statuary.

In addition to its beautiful 6 doubles, the villa Banyan, has a large tropical garden, a pool 18mx3,5m, two bales, an outdoor dining, a gym, a ping-pong table, a parking and many relaxation areas.

Distributed on 3600m2 of land, the villa Bayan represents 810 m2 of floor space divided into 6 buildings:

The main building includes on the ground floor a room (double bed queen size) and bathroom (shower) attached, a large lounge, a dining room which can accommodate 16 people, a corner audiovisual (TV), a kitchen and office…
On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms (queen size) and a veranda : The main bedroom  with its ensuite bathroom (shower) and the other two share a bathroom.
A second building has 2 large guest rooms, each with its adjoining bathroom (shower)
A third building for the gym.
A fourth for a dining outside.
The fifth and sixth buildings are bales, traditional Balinese open spaces on the garden, ideal place to relax and receive massages.

A parking area outside can receive up to 4 vehicles.
