Entirely renovated with taste by a French owner, Villa Kayis has all the comfort of a modern villa (air conditioner, flat-screen TV, internet etc…).
You will find at the entrance a peaceful fountain follows by a beautiful swimming pool. After a relaxing time in the swimming pool, you will be able to tan your skin on the longchair in the garden or stay in the shade of the gazebo.

The double bedroom is facing at the linving room and the master bedroom is in an independent place including a bathroom and a terrace facing at the tropical garden. You will find upstairs the third bedroom entirely in wood with its bathroom and its canopy.

All of those bedrooms are air-conditionned.
